What's included?

Barsita

At your event, a full-time, stationed barista will be available to hand-make drinks to every customer's liking for the entire duration of your event. Depending on the size of the event, there may be one or two baristas to combat line buildup. With shorter lines, our baristas can also "show off" a little, as well.


Drinks are completely free for your event attendees, as the quote will be fulfilled before the event.

Personalized Cups

For our Plus and Deluxe packages, we offer fully personalized cup stickers as a flair for all of your event attendees. You can send us your own design, or let us design you a sticker with a picture you provide for no additional cost.

Wooden Keepsake

As a farewell and goodbye, we will also offer a free, personalized wooden frame keepsake for you to remember a special day.

Tea, toppings, syrups

We use some of the highest quality, handmade tea with our ingredients. Everything we serve is gluten-free, sourced from reputable U.S. wholesalers.

Full Table Setup

Our table setup, which includes everything we need to prepare and serve tea to your event attendees, can be customized to your liking. From table cloth colors to the color and look of our flower decorations, we can adjust to any theme your event may have - for free. Just reach out to us with your ideas, and we can make it happen.

How does
pricing work?

We like to be as transparent as possible with our pricing.
We charge per person, meaning that we make around 20oz of tea per one person you order. We usually serve our drinks in 12oz or 16oz cups at your event, meaning there is plenty of headroom for seconds or refills.
